Privacy Policy
Privacy is very important to us at TheWakeHouse. Personal information is only collected during registration or when completing a transaction. Our procedures on privacy are taken very seriously and are listed below.
Registration
When a user registers at TheWakeHouse, information collected includes a users name, e-mail address, and password. Information during registration is kept only by TheWakeHouse, and is not given to any outside entity.
Transaction
When a customer makes purchase at TheWakeHouse, information is collected for the transaction including a shipping and billing address, a credit card number, and a phone number. Your information is not shared with any third parties except what is necessary for the credit card processor and UPS shipping services. All information collected here is destroyed after the transaction is complete.
Orders by phone
TheWakeHouse also supports orders by phone if you would prefer not to send personal information via the internet. Simply call number at TheWakeHouse and a representative will be able to assist you over the phone.
Return Policy
Items must be returned to TheWakeHouse within 30 days to receive a refund. All sales at TheWakeHouse that are on close out, have been discounted, or have been customized are final. Items must be shipped back by FedEx, UPS, or USPS insured for the full amount and with a valid RA number. Items returned will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction less shipping. To return an item, follow the steps below:

- Once the item is received, an inspection will be made on the state of the goods.
- A refund will be credited back after the inspection is complete.
Warranty Policy
All items purchased at TheWakeHouse retain full warranty from the manufacturer and only the manufacturer. Warranty information can usually be found on the manufacturer’s website. Feel free to call us with any questions on warranty.
Shipping Policy
All items purchased at TheWakeHouse will be shipped out through UPS shipping services. Items eligible for free shipping will be shipped UPS ground with the option to upgrade to 3day 2day or 1day air. If a package is lost or missing it must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date for coverage. If a package is delivered damaged, call TheWakeHouse immediately and do not discard the package. Your package will be picked up and inspected for damage by the shipping company. The package will then be shipped back to TheWakeHouse and replaced with a new shipment.
